September 10-12, 2010

This year...

We are revolting against strict schedules

and have-to-do's. We'll be kicking back and relaxing

as we pursue Leisure Activities in these Current Middle Ages.

There are rumors of Fizzy Grapes and Drumming –

and who knows what other Brilliant Ideas

will strike members of the Province.

Activities: Bring what you will – and we’ll play. No formal activities are planned, however there is plenty of space and time to indulge in your favorite medieval pastime. So bring your fighting gear, your archery gear, thrown weapons toys, youth combat gear, and your medieval games. Rumors have it that a bardic circle may materialize, so come prepared.

The Site: Nixon's Ranch (Private Property up Spanish Fork Canyon – that’s in Utah.)

Driving Directions: Take the King’s Highway (I-15) to the "Price/Manti" exit (#258 if you are southbound) or the Spanish Fork/Benjamin exit (#257 if you are northbound); follow signage to Highway 6 and head toward Spanish Fork Canyon. From the mouth of the canyon drive 8.6 miles to the Highway 89 (Manti) turn-off. Go 1.4 miles and take a left onto a dirt road. The site is on your left. Signs will be posted.

Site opens at noon on Friday and closes at noon on Sunday.

Amenities: This is a camping event with plenty of space available for all comers including shady areas. Bring in your own water and be prepared to haul out your trash. Above ground fire pits are allowed. Pets with responsible owners are welcome (pets leashed and cleaned up after). The site is NOT handicapped accessible. The site is discretely damp (please use period containers and dispose of bottles and cans appropriately). Porta-privies will be provided (the Privy Editor’s Guild will perform any necessary editing).

Site Fees:
Adults: $6.00
Youth ages 6-14: $3.00
Children 5 and younger are free.
A $5.00 Non-member Surcharge applies to all adult fees.
There is a Family Cap of $20.00.

Event Steward:
